Green Chili Casserole1 lb. sausage1 can cr. of chicken soup1 can black beans1 can mild Rotel1 cup cooked rice (I use brown)1 pkg. (2 cups?) shredded cheddarBrown sausage and drain. Add remaining ingredients, and half of the cheese. Stir together and put in 9x13 pan. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes or until bubbly on top!This is easy and one of my favorites lately. I serve it with corn bread.
