Playing Catch-up

Let's face it, I'm never going to be a woman who has time enough in the day to do scrapbooking. MAYBE I could handle a little time each day once the Twinkeys (and any potential future siblings) graduate high school. And that's a BIG maybe, because I could just be in a padded room by then, and probably won't be allowed near sharp objects, like scissors.

So, for now, this is my scrapbook. I think there are four or so posts below that I completed this morning (sure is faster than the cut n paste of scrapbooking...and last mess!).

I have said before that the blog is my virtual scrapbook. It IS quicker and does the same thing, if not better. Besides, with two kids three and under, who has time? And I am three kids less that you!!! I am positive that you don't have time!

I may have to join you in that padded room.

I screw around with some digi-scrapbooking stuff, but I haven't sat down to actually scrap in YEARS.

I agree, about everything! About maybe scrapbooking when they are out of the house, and also about most likely being in a padded room on lock down! I'll reserve the room next to ya & we can keep each other company!

I don't scrapbook at all. My friends keep trying to get me into it, but it is not happening. When I find myself with free time (ha ha) the last thing I want to do is scrapbook. Yea for blogs!

i gave up on real scrapbooks... and, like you, my blog has become my scrapbook.

but what I DO want to do, is take the blog and make a book out of it... one day... you know, when i have time

I didn't think it had been that long since I visited, I thought I had lost my mind. Maybe I could share that padded room with you.

I have a quilt that I have been working on for almost a year. I don't even have all the blocks put together yet. I will get back to it sometime. I pull it out every now and then and look and think I should finish that and then I put it back in the closet. Scrapbooking, I finally made it to Little Miss' first B'day, she is almosat 9 now. Am I behind? heh!
